'COUSINS' IS EL'S POOREST YET!
From his new film, this is a collection of ballads and a couple of beat ballads thrown in for variety. Well performed, and decent songs, but they lack any spark of excitement and the verve that put Elvis where he is - or was. There are two versions of the title tune - one fast, one slow, and the fast one is the best track on the album. Elvis won't make any new fans from this L.P. and may lose even more old ones.
