MODS AND ROCKERS
Philadelphia, in Pennsylvania U.S.A., where THE BEATLES appeared last Wednesday night on their current tour of America, doesn’t have Mods and Rockers but groups of teenagers called Conservatives and Jives!
And in the city recently, when The Beatles’ film “A Hard Day’s Night” was shown on the same bill as an ELVIS PRESLEY film, half the audience walked out after seeing The Beatles and didn’t stop to see Elvis!
